Intro

I was born in Basel and after a short period in Rome spent most of my youth in England.

My whole professional career has been spent working in various middle management marketing functions in large and small companies of the Basel pharmaceutical industry. This included a 5-year stay in Japan and worldwide travel. In time the focus of my work changed to training, giving courses and further education.

One major advantage I have always had in my very international work is the fact that I am a native speaker of English as well as German and can also communicate well in French and Spanish.

Now I use my language and communication skills within the frame of my own company JAMIX (Jakob A. Mettler International Communication Services) where I focus on two areas:
